Security at Zungl

Zungl designs Fitness Connected so people can understand their health data, connect intentionally, and keep control over what they share. Security supports that goal rather than standing apart from it.

Fitness Connected uses signed-in account access so people reach their own profile and settings. Sensitive account actions, including privacy changes, require appropriate authentication or verification before they can be completed.

Access controls are enforced beyond the app interface, including at the data layer, to help ensure accounts can only access information their permissions and relationships allow.

Fitness Connected reads supported health data through Apple Health or Health Connect only with your permission. You choose which categories to allow and can change those permissions in platform settings.

Development and testing environments are kept separate from production so product work can be validated without mixing those environments together.

People can delete a Fitness Connected account in the app or through verified support-assisted deletion. Fitness Connected-stored account data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. If you own a group, you may need to transfer or delete that group before deletion can finish. Source health data in Apple Health or Health Connect is not deleted by Fitness Connected.
